Certified Welding

We undertake Certified Structural Steel Welding (Mild Steel and Stainless Steel), and Certified Stainless Steel pipe welding.
We primarily use MIG and TIG welding processes, and do arc welding as required.

Design and Engineering

Led by a professional engineer, we problem solve/create concept designs, undertake site measures (as required) and prepare in-house 3D CAD designs and detail shop drawings in SOLIDWORKS® and AutoCAD®.

We are often asked to deliver those jobs or turnkey packages of work that need a little bit extra. Maybe a project is more complex, or has more interfaces or requires more planning and coordination. We apply our project execution experience and begin our designs with the end in mind. More nuance, and more care in design.

FABRICATION

Our fabricators are experienced and qualified Boilermakers and Welders, used to executing a variety of work, using different materials and fabrication and weld processes.

Each team member takes pride in working accurately to drawings. We look for productivity and innovations in our work practices, and being good at rapid jigging and prototyping.

INSTALLATION

We maintain a small committed team, and our site installations are pre-planned and coordinated to be discrete work package installations (typically from 1 day up to 2 weeks maximum).

We are not resourced to maintain site teams for multiple weeks or months on large scale installations.

LOGISTICS and PLANNING

We work with builders and project delivery teams to plan, coordinate and execute safe and successful installs. During the design stage, we look at transport, access and cranage/assembly requirements.

We prepare and submit Works Methodologies and Site-specific safe work method statements (SWMS) for all works. We plan and conduct our works as safely as possible, and look out for the welfare of our people and environs, and those others we work with.
